I'll try to be nice here but I found out that the "baptists" from Topeka are planning to be back in Seaford tomorrow and they plan to demonstrate their ignorance for our fair citizens tomorrow at the Memorial Service for Marine Cpl Rick James.

I don't know the James family but Rick went to High School at the Seaford Christian Academy, run by one of the Baptist churches here in town. According to press reports, he loved being a Marine, joined right after graduation, and died in action protecting his fellow squad members.

Maybe I'll take some pictures of the picketers tomorrow and post them on the web before they slink out of town. As a practicing "journalist" I have my constitutional right to report here on whatever they do.

Meanwhile, why isn't the American Legion suing these jerks for the pain and suffering they're causing to the families and military members. Heck you get pain and suffering for stubbing your toe in DC.

Oh Yes they do have a "first amendment right" to be stupid, but my little town is out a bunch of money in extra police protection, and a concrete jersey wall in the park to protect them from Rick's friends even though the family has asked the town to ignore the picketing. Where are all the "liberal" lawyers lining up to put out a class action suit on this group who actively tries to elicit attack?

The sad thing is that they finance thier idiot actions by suing those cities who's residents do attack them, after those cities allow them to picket. Personally, I wish our town had the B***s to deny the permit or let them picket out in a field somewhere, maybe near the cropdusters?
