I notice that our local newspaper has a running section on their web page about "civilian casualties."
I'll ignore the possible references to the facist tactics back in the 1930s and 40s, remember that the Bathist party was organized along the lines of the National Socialists, but...
Those who were involved in the Viet Nam war will remember that day when a "civilian" rode up to the Annapolis Hotel, the Navy transient barracks in Saigon, and detonated a bicycle bomb that blew the front off the building.
